If you have a complaint about our service, a staff member or anything that you feel OCA Aviation have done incorrectly and has not been rectified then please follow the guidelines below:
Please note: COMPLAINTS MUST BE PUT DOWN IN WRITING, THEY WILL NOT BE TAKEN OVER THE TELEPHONE.
Please send an email to our Director: Simon Gould - simon@ocaaviation.com
The email should state the following:
Subject: Complaint
Your name,
Your crew code (if applicable)
The nature of the complaint
The staff member that you were dealing with in OCA Aviation
Any emails that may have been sent between the yourself and ourselves.
We will look at this complaint and respond to you with 5 working days. We WILL endeavor to resolve any issues that our customers have and take complaints as a serious matter.
